Types of logo:
Logotype - a logo with just type.
Combination mark - this is a combination on both a symbol and type.
green = natural healthy unisex friendly
blue = friendly networking internet
red = power strong bold
colours can represent how they want the public to see them. and to show what type of company they are, for example BP trying to show that they are green and natural.
