The main error I had when folding my work the last page with
step number 6 on it the fold was on the type so what I had to do I move the
type to the right so have it more centred so the fold wasn’t on the type. I then
printed a rough copy to check it was ok and I was the changed worked. I also
had to move some of the letters on the back page to make them more centred.
I print on two different types of because in my crit some
peers said matte white and some said off white, I wanted it to be off white but
I still printed on both to compare and see which one would come out the best.
I feel out of them both the off white came out the best this
is because the colour I feel look more bolder and stronger and comes up better
on the off white. Also the black type is clearer on the off white. The matte I feel
doesn’t work as I feel it looks boring and too simple and also because the
colours don’t look as good as the colours on the off white.
I asked some of my peer which one they thought was the best
and everyone said off white. The colours would so well on the off white and the
colour of the paper just gives it a bit instead of just being plain.
The print came out really well and the thickness of the
paper work well with the fold. I fee the thickness gives someone something to
grab hold on to and not worry about it ripping. The size is also the right size
handheld size that fits in your hand, and when you open it up its nor too long
so you can see everything clearly when it opened.
I really happy with the outcome it what I wanted it to look
like minimal, modern, clear, arty and easy to follow.
