OUGD505- Studio Brief 02 - Plan/Brainstorming

After consulting and identifying the issues and creating a picture for the campaign, Katie and I started to list and brainstorm about what we could possibly make for this project and also the revamped regulations, some of the brainstorming will need research to make it more realistic.

We will research into:
-posters
-permits
-campaigns
-flyers
-target market
-location of posters
-correct TFL regulation measurements/fonts/CMYK colours

IDEAS WE CAN CREATE:
-tags (barcode for camera strap)-oyster/smartphone
-online form/permit
-leaflet (station)
-permit prices
-booklet/permit
-posters/train banners
-flyers
-badges/stickers/rubber bracelet
-exhibition
-hashtag
-instagram/social networking
-photography charity
From that list we then went more into detail in each section for what we want for each element of the campaign.

PERMIT COSTS:

STANDARD PERMIT:
-week: £7
-6 months: £15
-12 months: £25

STUDENT PERMIT:
-week: £5
-6 months: £12
-12 months: £22

COMMERCIAL:
*all prices discussed in consultation with TFL
The idea behind the prices would be that:
-It’s lowered and more approachable for everyone.
-WEEK permits are ideal for tourists
-We made 12 MONTH permits slightly cheaper than two 6 MONTH permits to entice people to buy yearly permits.
-We made a STUDENT permit as this is important for amateur artists and many companies offer a lower rate for students.
-The COMMERCIAL permit is aimed at film/tv shows/highly professional work/big operations as they will be using a lot of space and stations would maybe have to be shut down for a period of time, they make more impact to London Transport.
