From my research in brief 02 and 03 and also from the crit on monday it has given me a lot of ideas on what to do for a menu.
The snug menu i looked at in studio brief 02 has what people was saying in the crit and also in my questionnaire, people chose there drink by what spirit it is, so the idea that people suggested was to use a key similar to this to make the menu even more simple.
Also in the snug menu i really like the layout the layout simple and everything has space around them its not too busy, and the images are that show them colours to tell you what spirit is in it.
from my research in studio brief 03 and my final booklet this top picture really helped me create my layout, i think the layout could be used in my menu it clear and no to busy. the other two layouts are very similar i the use of white space on all three i think i will apply this to my menu.
I really like the both of these cover, both are simple and it just as the name also they both use big bold fonts. something im thinking of doing for my menu.
I really like the use of two paper stocks a thick one for the front covers and thiner paper for the pages inside the menu. i like the look paper on the first image very thing and it look textured and also a nice simple layout and design. the image above and the second image as a thick cover and texture the colour of it also work well with the black type and also the off white coloured paper.
