I am going to redesign Dirty Martini's menu for London cocktail week, my aim is to make it more simple not complex and clear and easy to see when reading.
There menu is dark and uses dark font which make it hard to see when in low lighting, also i think there is too much information for each cocktail. from my questionnaire people many chose there cocktail because of what spirit is in it so may kept it really simple and have the name of the cocktail and with what spirit it is.
The menu is going to just be for london cocktail week so think i'm going to have 5 cocktails for everyday of the week on the menu
