from my crit people liked the idea of a redesign of a menu, someone came up with a really good idea to redesign the dirty martini menu for and event.
from my research brief when researching i found that in London there is a cocktail week which is getting bigger and bigger each year. so for my redesign of the menu i think im going to make it for the cocktail week and try and make it as simple as i can. because from questionnaire and asking people some people find it hard to read or see it when in low lighting and also hard to understand what cocktail has what in it.
