My idea is to keep the menu simple not over complicated and not too much text, because this maybe confuse the customer when ordering there drinks.
I want the layout to be similar to studio brief 03 with the writing down the middle as i really like the space around the text, i am definitely going to us black and white as the main colours as its bold and standout and looks very clean when printed out. To make the menu simple i going to create a Key of the spirits each spirit will have a colour or a symbol to represent it. I am going to do this because from my questionnaire i did the feed back i got was most people chose a drink because of the spirit in it so the key would make it easier when ordering a cocktail.
