OUDG405- Final Evaluation

Final evaluation

OUDG405-Design process

In this project ‘design process’ I have learn a lot of new skills and things Throughout each brief, that I will apply to the other projects to come.
In studio 01 brief 1 I learnt how to create images with shape and also improve my skills on Photoshop, studio brief 02 I leant about how research can you in creating something. In studio brief 03 and 04 I improve my skills in InDesign and become more create with layouts and also learning how to create a booklet.
Each brief was really different and changing but also fun the brief I’m most pleased with is studio brief 03 and 04 this because both came out how I wanted them to look clear, simple and modern I feel I have become better at creating layout, also have a physical booklet is pretty cool as it feels like I have achieved something. The Crit sessions we had were really helpfully it helped me to improve and develop my work. The main part in all briefs that helped me was the research, the research helped me come up with ideas straight away and really inspired my finals comes in the previous module the ideas helped me most than the research but defiantly in this module it was research that helped me the more.
The InDesign workshops were really helpfully I now understand InDesign and how it works, with out them workshop I wouldn’t of been able to produce the work I did.

I pleased with all my briefs and my final outcomes. If I had to do something different it would spend more time on studio brief 01 and maybe come up with more creative design I feel my final wasn’t good because I was less interested in this brief so I think that why my final didn’t come out as good as I wanted it to look. My attendance for this project was good I was in for the all lessons and used some of the studio development days. But I mostly got all my work done at home when it was a studio development day as I can concentrate better when I’m on my own.

Overall I have enjoyed this module and have defiantly learnt lots throughout and also improved.
