what is my  target audience
colours 
images or type for cocktails

My target audience is for people who are into cocktails so people from the age 18 and over.

For my cocktails think i'm going to use type instead of using images, to make it look more professional and would be a simple and a clear layout. And would also look good on a black background, the layout i really want the text on down the middle of the page to create a lot of white space around the text. 

colours black and white for the type and also for the back ground colour.

my peers thought the icon idea was a good idea to do. the idea is to have an icon on each page in the corner and it change on every page with a different glass.
