chosen to do it on steve angello's album wild youth as it an artist and album i enjoy and would make this project more exciting to do. Also because the artwork and style of the album cover and other cover are styles i like doing an enjoy creating.
for the website the artwork will play a big part in on the website make it more exciting to look at. also the music and videos will build the hype towards the release of the album.
using social media as the main tool to build hype for the release these website will be on the website to give the fan a quick route to steve's social media page. social media is a great tool at letting his fans know about everything about the release and also dropping teasers of the new music and videos.
The main hype for this album is that it his first album and also that every song has a video, this is where the hype can be built up for this album.
the website will be very simple to navigate and use and also a simple website means it would be cheaper. The website is only up 4 to 6 weeks before the release and 4 weeks after so it doesn't need to be high tech, however it does need to be exciting and engaging for the fan.
The target audience is main his fans and also fans of Swedish House Mafia as he was one of the members in the group. But also trying to get dance music loves to buy the label as they will probably be interested in the label.
size records is Steve's own label and it has always been very creative and bold. the album work is really unique and stands out from other labels and album covers.
