Me and Aaron started writing down names that will run parallel with the theme of it being equal to both sex.
First name was equal for obvious reasons then we went down of the both of thinking of words that meant equality. We came up with
50\50
Fairness
Parallelism
Same
Evenness
Equilibrium.
However to us none of the names were not subtle enough in communicating that the products are for both sex. The names would give the idea away to easily that the products are uni sex and we didn’t want that to happen just from the name alone.
Then at this point Dan came up with the name uniform. We all liked that name as uniform stands for everyone is the same and are treated the same.
It fitted perfectly with communicating its neutrality to both sex, but in a subtle way that not most people would understand when looking at the title uniform, they might just think its a brands name and thats it, being oblivious to its true meaning. Which is what we wanted. We don’t want people to buy it because it looks uni sex but because its looks and happens to be uni sex.
