CAMPAIGN RESEARCH
This is a campaign that was created by a group of London-based photographers, PHNAT has a similar aim to what our campaign is about, they focus more on the freedom to photograph generally in a many different spaces, British and around the world. We are concentrated on the London Underground. They speak of photography sometimes being related to terrorism, this thought was provoked by the Met. Police after harassing the group, this was the catalyst to the creation of I’m A Photographer Not A Terrorist.
As you can see from these two WWF campaigns, they have two very different styles but are for the same aim. They are all clearly to save animals from extinction or just to stop animal cruelty, but the two different campaigns have a an individual style to each one. In each campaign you can see that they work as a set because of the theme that they have, the layout, the colour tones and the imagery. However even though these are two different style you can see the traits to make them recognisable to WWF, the logo is present along with their catch phrases “STOP ONE. STOP THEM ALL.” and “Desertification destroys 6000 species every year”. Our adverts need to have the recognisable traits in them and a consistent theme to make them look realistic.
