OUGD505 - Studio Brief 01 Licence to Print Money (Design Research)

From looking at the banknotes and some modern designs i like the idea of using old english fonts to give that banknote feel and also use repetition, some of the designs i've looked at use repetition and it looks really effective. i could use that for the codes or some of the text, also from looking at the modern designs using a mix of font gives it more and it highlight more important areas. The design will use a lot of type and mix on fonts, i want to included some of the elements of the banknote but in a graphic minimal design that simple and to the point. Also from looking at the modern posters the use of two colours is really effective from looking at the them colours like black, red, green and blue work. I think im going to use reds and blacks. both work well together and both are strong bold colours.
