OUDG403 studio brief 01- Final crit and final evaluation

For my final crit I needed to create ten different typefaces from my ideas and development that represents my word 'Active'.
The crit was to help us decide what typeface we was going to take forward and create on the computer using Illustrator. 

My final ten came out well all look very different and look at different parts of my word active but still representing active.   

The peers in my group like the top two and said they would be the best to represent the word 'Active'. And would work well as a display font or a body copy font, also wouldn't be too hard to create on Illustrator. Also from my peers they said to try and make the design on top the left similar to the Lakers logo I researched, I will try this in studio brief 02 when in the Illustrator workshop I think it would work and make the letterform look more cleaner.
